Your Agreement with Our Platform

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "222bs" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" refers to the 222bs online casino and sports betting platform operated at 222bs.io.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" refers to any natural person who registers an account and accesses the Platform for the purpose of gambling, betting, or entertainment.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered profile created by a Player to access Platform services.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

The 222bs Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By creating an Account, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. 222bs reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts where the holder is found to be under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately, all pending wagers will be voided, and any balance will be subject to review in accordance with applicable policy.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is operated for the Bangladesh market. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform does not violate any laws or regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. 222bs makes no representation that the services are appropriate or available in locations outside Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with all local laws.

2.3 Capacity

By registering, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not under any legal disability that would prevent you from doing so, and that you are not acting on behalf of another person.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one 222bs Account at any given time. This limit applies per individual person, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Registering or attempting to register more than one Account — whether under the same name, a different name, or through a third party — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts. 222bs reserves the right to forfeit any balances held across duplicate Accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep that information updated throughout the life of your Account. 222bs is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate Account information provided by the Player. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity occurring under your Account is your responsibility.

3.3 KYC Verification

222bs may require KYC documentation at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, following a change in account details, or at any other time at our discretion. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of payment method ownership may also be required. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and restriction of withdrawal functionality.

3.4 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 222bs recommends enabling two-factor authentication where available. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. 222bs will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable security precautions.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

222bs accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, City Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 222bs at the platform level, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. 222bs does not charge a platform-side processing fee on deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Your payment provider's standard transfer fees, if any, remain your responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. 222bs aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. 222bs reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per day and to require additional verification before processing large withdrawals.

4.4 Chargebacks & Reversals

Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute against a 222bs deposit transaction is a breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where a Player initiates such a reversal, 222bs reserves the right to suspend the Account, void all open and settled wagers funded by that transaction, recover any winnings paid out, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount through available legal mechanisms.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

222bs operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering principles. Deposited funds may only be used for wagering on 222bs. The Platform is not a financial institution and must not be used as a mechanism to move, transfer, or launder funds. 222bs reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity and to freeze or close accounts under investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by 222bs are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, game restrictions, and time limits that are communicated at the time of the offer. Where specific terms are not stated, the general bonus terms in this section apply. Bonus Terms & Conditions form part of these Terms & Conditions and must be read in conjunction with them.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times — the "Wagering Requirement" — before any portion of those funds may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, a default wagering requirement of 20x applies to all bonus credits. Wagers placed on live casino baccarat, roulette, or any games explicitly excluded in the promotion terms do not contribute to wagering requirement completion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

222bs takes bonus abuse seriously. Any Player found to be systematically exploiting promotional offers — including through low-risk arbitrage strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play, use of multiple accounts, or coordination with other Players — will have their bonus balances forfeited and may have their Account suspended. 222bs's determination in these matters is final.

5.4 Right to Withdraw Promotions

222bs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any ongoing promotion at any time without prior notice. Accrued wagering progress at the time of termination will be honoured where operationally practical. 222bs is not liable for any loss arising from the modification or withdrawal of a promotion.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All wagers placed on 222bs are subject to the specific rules for the relevant game or sports market. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing a wager. Wagers cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed once confirmed. 222bs is not responsible for wagers placed in error by the Player.

6.2 Sports Betting

222bs offers live and pre-match betting markets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, bilateral series), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports. Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation of the wager. Once confirmed, the odds at confirmation are binding. In the event of an obvious pricing error, 222bs reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account balance.

6.3 Casino Games

Casino games — including live dealer tables, slots, and fishing games — are governed by the rules provided by the respective third-party game software provider (including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe). All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the hand or round will be settled based on the result at the time of disconnection according to the provider's rules.

6.4 Void Bets

222bs reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) there has been an obvious error in the published odds or game payout table; (b) the bet was placed after the relevant event or game outcome was determined; (c) the bet was facilitated by a software malfunction; or (d) the bet forms part of an investigation into prohibited conduct. Voided bets are settled at odds of 1.00 (stake returned).

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute Prohibited Conduct and are strictly forbidden on the 222bs Platform. Engaging in Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and further legal action:

• Registering more than one Account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform in any way.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software glitches, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to circumvent the spirit of promotional terms.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Sharing login credentials or allowing a third party to access or operate your Account.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other anonymisation service to circumvent geographic restrictions or security controls.
• Threatening, abusing, harassing, or using offensive language toward Platform staff or other Players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise extract proprietary data or software from the Platform.

8 Responsible Gaming

222bs is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We offer the following responsible gaming tools to all Account holders, accessible directly from the Account dashboard at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

9 Intellectual Property

222bs's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the date of the claim. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. 222bs does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.

11 Privacy & Data

222bs collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 222bs operates the Platform as an online entertainment service for the Bangladesh market. Where disputes cannot be resolved through direct communication between the Player and 222bs, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
